The following terms and conditions apply to users responding #yeschapelhill to rights requested issued via Twitter and/or Instagram and/or Facebook by @visitchapelhill

You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your photos including, but not limited to, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the photo. You warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of the photo submitted, or the copyright owner of such photo has granted you permission to use the photo; and (b) grant  the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau and its affiliates a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free license and right to copy, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display through all media known and hereafter created, and make derivative works from your content for the purpose of :

• Displaying the content within the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitors Bureau website

• Displaying content on third party websites and applications through embed or API

• Allowing other users to view and share your content on third party social sites

• Promoting tourism to Orange County, NC
