Nancy Largent grew up in Chapel Hill and received her BA from UNC-Chapel Hill, BGD from NC State College of Design, and MS in Education from Brooklyn College. She owns her own visual communications company called Largent Creative, and currently lives in Carrboro, North Carolina with her husband Doug Largent, their ten year old daughter, and fourteen year old dog Truffles. When she is not designing, Nancy is also an educator with The Largent Learning Institute, offering clients personalized technology education and support. She enjoys spending time with her family, singing, blogging, traveling, photography, and SCUBA diving.
