  • Linda’s Bar & Grill at the Downbar – Head downstairs for trivia every Tuesday and Wednesday at 8 pm. No cover, no group size limit, just two hours of variety brain stumping trivia. First place gets a $25 Linda’s gift card and bragging rights. 203 East Franklin Street, Chapel Hill.

  • Gizmo Brew Works Taproom - Chapel Hill hosts Poker Sundays (1 pm and 3 pm), Music Bingo on Wednesdays (7-9 pm), and Trivia on Thursdays (7 pm). Gizmo Chapel Hill has 50 taps pouring their flagship beers. Local wine and cider options too. Family and dog friendly. 157 East Franklin Street, STE 100 Chapel Hill.

  • Goodfellows Bar – Trivia on Tuesdays at 9 pm. Located at 149 ½ East Franklin Street, Chapel Hill.

  • The Gathering Place –  NC’s best nerdy craft beer bar. Buy and play tabletop games + and enjoy an eclectic mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. This place is all ages all the time. 157 East Rosemary Street, 2nd Floor, Chapel Hill.

  • Might As Well – Trivia on various dates; usually begins at 8 pm. Follow on Facebook. Full bar, draft and craft menu plus small plates, burgers, wraps, wings and more. 206 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill.

  • Beer Study – Gather your team of four for Trivia Thursdays. Prizes awarded will be $50 gift card for 1st place, $25 gift card for 2nd place, something from the back for 3rd and the best team name gets a $10 gift card. Beer Study is Chapel Hill’s first bottle shop with in-store drafts and seating.  504 West Franklin Street, Chapel Hill.

  • The Baxter Bar & Arcade –  Named after the Baxter Building in the Fantastic Four comics. They currently have 34 Arcade machines and 4 Pinball machines, which still use quarters – no worries though there are change machines are on site. Open Sat – Sun 12 pm to 2 am and Mon-Fri 3 pm to 2 am. Fully stocked bar and huge beer selection and non-alcoholic beers, craft soft drinks and energy drinks (you might need). Kids and young adults are welcome Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 6 pm and weekdays from 3- 6 pm. 108 N. Graham Street, Chapel Hill.

Carrboro

  • Lanza’s Café – Thee spot for community socializing and having fun. Mark your calendar for Board Game Mondays, Chess Night Wednesdays, Trivia Thursdays and more.  Coffee and tea bar.   • Vecino Brewing (soon to be Haw River Tap & Table) – Music Bingo on Thursdays from 7 - 9 pm. Craft beer, Taproom, Food menu. 300 East Main Street, Carrboro next to Cat’s Cradle.

  • Craftboro Brewing Depot – Join the Craftboro team for Trivia night at 7 pm on Tuesdays. Team limit is seven. Drink beer; hang out with friends! Gift cards given for first ($15) and second ($10) places. 101 Two Hills Drive, Carrboro
