- Description Carolina Brewery is a great place to host your next event. Whether you’re planning a cocktail party, rehearsal dinner, wedding brunch, business luncheon, or any group gathering, our staff will do our best to accommodate all of your event’s needs. We also offer off-site catering. All of our packages include tax, tip and non-alcoholic beverages. Prices are per person. - Space Notes PRIVATE SPACE Our glassed in private dining room can accommodate 50 people for a seated dinner and up to 70 for a cocktail style reception. For even larger parties, contact the Brewery and we will work with you to create the ideal setup for your event.
