Tickets remain for the highest paying Late Model Stock race in history, the Old North State Nationals at the Orange County Speedway. The "Old North State Nationals presented by Visit Orange County" is a multi-day Late Model Stock race event, paying $30,000 to the winner and $1,250 to start the feature event. 

The event weekend kicks off with teams and fans traveling in for test day on Friday, April 5th with Pits opening at 2 pm. That evening will be the '"Old North State Nationals Kickoff in Downtown Hillsborough" from 7:30  pm - 9 pm with an opportunity for racing fans to get driver's autographs at four locations including Volume Records & Beer at 226 South Churton Street,  Hot Tin Roof at 115 West Margaret Lane, Village Diner at 600 West King Street and Whit’s Frozen Custard of Hillsborough at 240 South Nash Street.
