Triangle RV Park is a family-friendly RV campground in the fun, bustling city of Durham, North Carolina. We provide large, spacious lots with lots of shade. We are a long-term stay campground. Located less than 15 minutes from Duke Hospital, we are a great camping location for patients and traveling nurses.

We are also conveniently located just over 15 minutes from Downtown Durham in one direction and Downtown Chapel Hill in the other direction. Want to head over to Raleigh? We’re just over 20 minutes to the Research Triangle Park and 35 minutes to Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina’s capital city!

Amenities

We provide large, gravel RV lots which include picnic tables. We have onsite laundry machines that are available 24/7. We also have a basketball court, soccer nets, and a fenced-in dog park. If you need to store your RV or boat, we also have storage lots available for guests.

Ways to Stay

RV Sites

Triangle RV Park sites are flat gravel lots with plenty of shade. Each lot comes with a picnic table for your enjoyment. Some lots also include a fire ring and access to wifi.

RV Sites

Within our campground, we offer on-site laundry machines, a basketball court, soccer nets, and a dog park for your furry traveler.

If you’re looking to spend time outdoors, the beautiful Hollow Park Nature Park is right around the corner, Johnston Mill Nature Preserve is less than 10 minutes down the road, and the campground itself backs up to Duke Forest which has endless walking and hiking trails.

Reservations 3+ months are allowed but cannot be booked online as they require an application. Reach out to us at (919) 695-3337 if you’re interested in booking a long-term stay.

Beautiful spaces, nice trees, little laundry facility, very handy, wonderful neighbors, clean safe park. Very quiet here. More of an adult park as there isn't anything for little ones to do. Really like the park it's perfect for our 32foot travel trailer. Awesome manager, overall a gem we called home for a couple of months.

Quiet, peaceful RV park surrounded by tall trees & with a variety of birds singing. Full hookups. Sites are gravel which are large enough to accommodate our 38 ft Class A motorhome plus our tow vehicle. We stayed for a week while visiting our daughter & really enjoyed our stay. Triangle RV Park is conveniently located with stores & restaurants close by. The park is dog/pet friendly. We really appreciated the dog stations which were always stocked with waste bags. The park is very clean as is the laundry room. We were comfortable & felt safe. We will definitely be back next time that we are in Durham.

Great RV Park. We stayed for medical services at Duke. Very clean and quiet. Reasonable rates. Caretakers keep laudry area clean and decorated for all holidays. Which I loved and appreciated. Very close to hospital and there is shopping any way you go. Great parks with walking trails. Will definitely stay there with any long stays.

We needed a place where we could be close to Duke Children’s Hospital. Twelve-year-old grandson having heart surgery. What we found was an oasis of kindness and understanding during one of the most stressful times in our lives. Everything turned out great at Duke, and we found a place just near the city that easily accommodated our Class A rig with car. Best advice, fill out the registration online and tell them when and why. They were most helpful and understanding. Very quiet and respectful. A very rare find in a convenient location for medical, groceries, restaurants and I-40. We are thankful.
