Locally-Harvested Dinners. Their small farm and garden sourced suppers have been winning over diners since 2006. The menu is planned weekly, but changes nightly based on availability of the foods being grown in their own ‘backyard’. Cooking exclusively within this framework, connecting bellies to farms, dinner at Panciuto is both distinctly Italian and familiarly Southern. Newest edition is Kimchi Yay, a pop up restaurant serving dumplings, soup, kimchi, pancakes and noodles outside on the sidewalk in front of Panciuto's.
