Master the art of wood fired pizzas in this hands-on, collaborative workshop co-hosted by Aaron Pratt of Rotelle Pizza, Howard Allen of Faithfull Farms, and Michelle Aronson of the Farmbelly Cooking School. You'll learn how to make from-scratch pizza dough, homemade sauces, fresh farmhouse ricotta cheese, as well as a hands-on knife skills lesson and how to make a beautiful seasonal salad + vinaigrette. Each person will make their own pizza in the Rotelle wood fired oven, and we will all enjoy the fruits of our labor together at the end of the workshop. Due to the nature of this workshop, it is not recommended for folks with allergies to gluten or dairy.
