The Carolina Table: East Meets West dinner pulls chefs together from the coast to the mountains of our great state. This dinner has always had a wonderful community ambiance and is always the first event to sell out. Shining a light on producers throughout the state, this dinner is served family-style and always engages some of the most exciting talent in the region today. We are in the process of adding chefs, but we already have a stellar line up, including the following already confirmed, including pastry chefs Lydia Clopton of PinPoint and Phoebe Lawless of Scratch; chef Bruce Moffett of the Moffett Restaurant Group, including Barrington's, Stagioni, and Good Food on Montford; chef Ricky Moore of Saltbox Seafood; chef Josh Munchel of Counting House at 21C; chef Dean Neff of PinPoint; and chef Ashley Van Camp of Ashten's. In addition, there will be delicious wine, coffee, craft beer, and specialty cocktails, made with TOPO Organic Spirits!
