The Searchers. On November 12th we'll show Ford's The Searchers, starring John Wayne, a western that marks a turning point for Ford and for westerns generally. The speaker will be Francesca Talenti, a former UNC Professor and a director and designer who has exhibited her work from The Folger and The Guthrie to Sundance and PBS National by way of Mumbai, Göteborg, Casablanca and many others.
