Hillsborough Classic Films - Tampopo

In January we'll see a Japanese comedy, Tampopo, first brought to our attention by Gustavo Furtado. In fact the speaker will be Gustavo, who teaches Romance languages and art history and visual studies at Duke, and is co-director of the Amazon Lab. Tampopo is one of two films that break our fifty-year-old rule this season. It was made in 1986. Free Popcorn!
