Learn about wine cap mushrooms (biology, history, culinary use, nutritional/medicinal aspects) and how to cultivate them. Participants will inoculate wine cap mushrooms in straw and will leave the session knowing how to cultivate them on their own. $40. Saturday, April 15, 3-5pm at RambleRill Farm.
