Free Monthly Meditation

We are offering monthly meditations to cultivate inspiration, grounding, and shared rest. 
These monthly meditation practices will be livestreamed on our Instagram (@my.muses.card.shop) and Facebook pages (@My Muses Card Shop) every second Wednesday morning from 10:00-10:30am. These meditations are lovingly led by Lara Struckman (she/her), creatrix of Deeply Rooted Ritual Grief Care. Lara’s work and life has been deeply shaped and inspired by the wisdom and support of the earth and the cyclical and seasonal nature of all things. These practices are open for anyone, no prior meditation experience necessary except a curiosity into your own inner landscape. Join us as we gather as a community for 30 minutes of connection, respite, and co-regulation!
