GUIDED FOREST WALKS! Our monthly guided forest walks are inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (aka "forest bathing" or "forest therapy") ---immersing oneself in the sights, smells, and sounds of the forest. During the walk, you will be invited to relax in the present moment and to use your five senses to engage with nature. The point is not to reach a destination, or to exercise, or to identify the flora and fauna; the time in the forest is devoted to sensing and to being.
