The Best of Moosewood Special Dinner with David Hirsch

  • David Hirsch has been involved with Moosewood since 1976, contributing to make the restaurant a driving force in the world of creative vegetarian cooking. Moosewood was named by Bon Appetit magazine as one of the 13 most influential restaurants of the 20th century. Several of the cookbooks have been nominated for James Beard Foundation awards, with two being winners. The dinner, served family style, will be comprised of six courses and feature recipes from his cookbooks (wine pairings included). David will present each course! The price per person is $70, plus tax and gratuity. Please RSVP soon. Call 919-643-7722, respond to this email, or make a reservation at the restaurant during regular business hours. Purple Crow Books will have David's cookbooks for sale, and he will be happy to autograph them for you.
