Scrapel Hill Art

Scrapel Hill Art —local artist’s unique celebration of recycling— is a competition and exhibit being hosted by University Mall on Estes Drive in Chapel Hill, through June 30th. For the project—which is a visual treat for all visitors—art must be made from items that are typically thrown away.
